About Everyday Art Studio in Reidsville, N.C.

We are located in a 2-story renovated building constructed in 1956 at 209 SW Market Street in downtown Reidsville, North Carolina. Our ‘new’ building exists beside buildings built before the turn of the century by the railroad tracks. This historic area is an emerging art district populated with studio space, an art gallery and antique stores. Specialty shops, boutiques and restaurants are located nearby.

Our street-level gallery represents a large variety of artists whose art forms include paintings, pottery, metal work, stained glass, textiles, collage, sculpture, painted furniture, mosaics. Functional, decorative works, whimsical, folk and outsider art are mixed with beautiful and thought-provoking styles both traditional and experimental. The accent is on original, handmade, creative, one-of-a-kind offerings. Visit our gallery online to see examples of displayed works available for purchase. (a link here?)

Upstairs you’ll find studio space and a class room where accomplished artists mentor, teach and encourage the exploration of creative abilities of people of all ages. See a description of our currently offered classes. (Here a link to Classes?)

Meet the Artist events, special art shows and demonstrations are held periodically. Check our schedule for upcoming events.

Come see us! Our gallery address is 209 SW Market Street, Reidsville, NC. Our telephone number is 336-613-1522. Gallery hours are Tuesday – Saturday from 10-2. We are also open Thursday evenings until 7 pm. Happily available other times by appointment.

Our quest

Everyday Art is designed to provide a space that attracts a community of artists in order to inspire one another as well as draw forth the God-gifted, innate creative abilities that exist in all people.

This creative community encourages people to notice and seek out the art in everyday life by presenting an ever-changing gallery of varied art forms. We also promote exploration of creative arts through various classes offered to people of all age groups.

It is our intention that this creative community continuously expand, overflow and prosper generating an art district for the mutual benefit of our greater area. Come ‘wash away the dust’ with us!
